The peaceful village of Iluka lies on the northern side of the Clarence River encased in nature’s wonders of
unspoilt beaches, Bundjalung National Park and the mighty Clarence River. Enjoy walks by the river or explore this broad river system by boat or canoe to discover the many islands and tributaries with numerous fishing spots on the way.
The World Heritage listed Nature Reserve has the largest remnant of littoral rainforest in NSW. Walk on the trails through this superb bushland and up on to the coastal lookout. It is a great spot to sight migrating whales July to November, but pods of dolphins are often sighted from this panoramic view of the forest, beaches and across the river to Yamba.
