The Nambucca Valley is centrally located on the Pacific Highway halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Set on the NSW Mid North Coast, the Valley forms the southern gateway to subtropical Australia and features as a jewel destination on the Legendary Pacific Coast.

Nambucca Heads, with its legendary landmark the ‘V-Wall’ at the estuary where the rivers meet the sea and Macksville, a 10 kilometres further south on the banks of the Nambucca River are the two main towns of the Nambucca Valley.
 

The eastern boundary of the Valley stretches from the idyllic villages of Scotts Head in the south to Valla Beach in the north – 23 kilometres of picturesque coastline broken only by the Nambucca River joining the ocean at Nambucca Heads. The western boundary stretches to the mountain rainforests of the Great Dividing Range.
 

Bowraville is a heritage town in the centre of the Nambucca Valley. Known as ‘the Verandah Post Town’, many of the shops in High Street have overhanging verandas. Bowraville is a town of contrast with a main street lined with shaded footpaths, museums, art galleries and a treasure trove of Aboriginal art and culture. It is beautifully situated within attractive farmland and mountain rainforests.
